Belt Conveyor Project, Breakenridge TX

In this project, we were responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing a catwalk that would support a large belt conveyor, along with the necessary structural supports for both the catwalk and the conveyor system.

The elevator at this location was already in place. However, the customer opted to upgrade to a larger storage bin, in which the existing elevator was no longer tall enough  to achieve proper down-spout degrees for product to flow. To facilitate product conveyance without altering the existing elevator setup, a belt conveyor emerged as the optimal solution.

Ingredient Bin, San Angelo TX

In this project, we were tasked with designing a new ingredient bin to replace an existing compromised one.

We successfully fabricated the new bin and installed a pneumatic line for efficient product receiving.
